percee– Intelligent Energy Management System is an IT system, also available as a cloud service, for the integration and management of technical devices that consume, produce and accumulate energy, such as air handling units, fan coil units, heaters, heaters, generators, photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, compressors, charging stations, etc., in order to monitor, analyze and optimize their operation for maximum energy savings (Zero Energy Waste technology).

Advanced algorithms and integration with the automation system installed in the facility as well as connection to the Internet allow the Intelligent Energy Management system to realize the assumed scenario of building operation, while maintaining the lowest possible financial costs and achieving maximum energy savings.

percee takes into account situations in which the cost of energy changes over time (e.g. if dynamic tariffs or Time of Use (TOU) tariffs are used). Then it is not only the amount of energy consumed or produced that matters, but also the time at which these processes occur. The Intelligent Energy Management System will, to the extent permissible, modify the operating schedule of the equipment in order to maximize the benefits of the energy user or generator. In the future, the owner will also be able to use tariffs based on energy exchange prices.

The customer is paying not only for the amount of energy consumed, but also for the power ordered. percee allows for the equalization of energy consumption over time and the elimination of temporary peaks in energy consumption (“peek shaving”). In this way, percee user can reduce the contracted power without the risk of being penalised for exceeding the contracted power. percee can also participate in Demand Side Response (DSR) programs.

How to use percee, the intelligent energy management system to save energy?

Variant I

Integration of percee – the Intelligent Energy Management System
Smart Energy Management System with your existing BMS.

We implement and configure the Intelligent Energy Management System while maintaining the existing BMS. You can imagine percee as a significant extension of the BMS functionality.

Example. You have an operational BMS and you spend 100k per month on energy. By adding Intelligent Energy Management to your BMS we can make you save 20-30k PLN per month. Within a year you will have about 300 thousand PLN on your account.

Variant II

Complex percee – Intelligent Energy Management System with BMS functions

We supervise or lead the Intelligent Energy Management System installation project in order to achieve maximum energy efficiency of devices in the building, which results in energy savings. We also install the necessary automatics and control-measurement apparatus.

On User’s request we complement the Intelligent Energy Management System with functions typical for BMS systems. We can also use percee as a virtual BMS through the use of Internet of Things (Iot) devices to located in the object.

Example. You need a BMS management system, but you want the system to be comfortable, intelligent and as cost effective as possible. We will design, install, and commission an automation system that enables efficient energy management on a local server or in the Internet cloud.

Variant III intermediate

Expansion of the existing BMS and integration with the percee Intelligent Energy Management System

Based on customer’s objectives and requirements, we expand the facility’s control system by increasing the functionality of the existing BMS and integrating it with the Intelligent Energy Management System. In this variant, the facility increases energy savings and gains new functionalities while optimizing the amount of investment outlays through the use of already existing equipment.
